Financial Analysis and Budget Management


Financial Analysis and Budget Management is an advanced course within the Finance Certification at Bouyela Education Corporation. This course equips students with the skills to analyze financial performance, create budgets, and make informed financial decisions to optimize organizational resources.

In this course, students will:

  • Learn to interpret financial statements and reports to assess organizational performance.

  • Develop skills in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.

  • Apply financial ratios, cost analysis, and performance metrics to decision-making processes.

  • Explore strategies for resource allocation and financial planning to maximize efficiency.

  • Gain practical experience through real-world financial case studies and scenarios.


📌 Prerequisites / Recommended Prior Courses:

  • Foundations of Financial Management (required)

  • Accounting 1 & 2 (recommended)

These prerequisites ensure students have the necessary knowledge of accounting and basic financial principles to perform effective financial analysis and budgeting.

Duration & Schedule Options:

  • Part-time: 9 weeks, 1 session per week – $400

  • Full-time (accelerated): 5 weeks, 2 sessions per week – $800

  • High school, college, and university students

  • Students who have completed Foundations of Financial Management and recommended accounting courses

  • Applicants may be required to complete preparatory courses in math or English if additional support is needed
