Corporate Finance


Corporate Finance is an advanced course within the Finance Certification at Bouyela Education Corporation. This course provides students with the skills and knowledge to make strategic financial decisions within a corporate setting, focusing on investment, financing, and capital management.

In this course, students will:

  • Understand capital structure, cost of capital, and corporate financing options.

  • Learn to evaluate investment projects using NPV, IRR, and other financial metrics.

  • Explore risk management and financial decision-making in corporate environments.

  • Apply financial principles to capital budgeting, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate growth strategies.

  • Gain practical experience through real-world corporate finance scenarios and case studies.

  • Foundations of Financial Management (required)

  • Financial Analysis and Budget Management (recommended)

  • Accounting 1 & 2 (recommended)

Duration & Schedule Options:

  • Part-time: 9 weeks, 1 session per week – $400

  • Full-time (accelerated): 5 weeks, 2 sessions per week – $800

  • High school, college, and university students

  • Students who have completed Foundations of Financial Management and recommended courses in financial analysis and accounting

  • Applicants may be required to complete preparatory courses in math or English if additional support is needed
