From Supervision to Human Resources Management 


From Supervision to Human Resources Management is a foundational course within the Human Resources Certification at Bouyela Education Corporation. This course provides students with the essential skills and knowledge to transition from a supervisory role to a full HR management role, preparing them to effectively manage people, processes, and organizational objectives.


In this course, students will:

  • Understand the role of supervisors and HR managers within an organization.

  • Learn key concepts in planning, staffing, training, and performance management.

  • Explore employee motivation, engagement, and team development strategies.

  • Develop skills in communication, conflict resolution, and workplace decision-making.

  • Apply HR principles to real-world scenarios, bridging the gap between supervision and strategic HR management.


📌 Prerequisites / Recommended Prior Knowledge:

  • Basic understanding of workplace operations or business fundamentals (helpful but not required)


📌 Possible Entry-Level Positions Within Bouyela Education Corporation After Completion:

  • HR Assistant / Coordinator – support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations

  • Team Supervisor – manage a small team while applying HR principles

  • Administrative HR Support – assist with HR documentation, reporting, and operational tasks

  • Training & Development Assistant – support employee training initiatives

⏱ Duration & Schedule Options:

  • Part-time: 9 weeks, 1 session per week – $400

  • Full-time (accelerated): 5 weeks, 2 sessions per week – $800
