Human Resources Management in Organizations


Human Resources Management in Organizations is a core course within the Human Resources Certification at Bouyela Education Corporation. This course provides students with the knowledge and skills to effectively manage HR functions within a business context, preparing them to contribute strategically to organizational success.

In this course, students will:

  • Understand the roles and responsibilities of HR managers in modern organizations.

  • Explore staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and talent management strategies.

  • Learn principles of employee development, training, and performance management.

  • Examine compensation, benefits, and legal compliance in HR practices.

  • Develop skills in conflict resolution, communication, and employee engagement.

  • Apply HR management principles to real-world organizational scenarios


📌 Prerequisites / Recommended Prior Knowledge:

  • Completion of De la supervision à la gestion des ressources humaines (recommended)

  • Basic understanding of workplace operations or business principles

  • HR Coordinator / Assistant – support recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations

  • Talent Development Assistant – assist with training and employee development programs

  • HR Administrative Support – manage HR records, compliance, and reporting

⏱ Duration & Schedule Options:

  • Part-time: 9 weeks, 1 session per week – $400

  • Full-time (accelerated): 5 weeks, 2 sessions per week – $800

  • High school, college, and university students

  • Entry-level HR staff or supervisors preparing for HR management roles

  • Applicants may be required to complete preparatory courses in math or English if additional support is needed
