Meeting the Challenges of Human Resources Management is an advanced course within the Human Resources Certification at Bouyela Education Corporation. This course equips students with the skills and strategies to navigate complex HR challenges in modern organizations, preparing them to make strategic decisions and implement effective HR solutions.

In this course, students will:

  • Analyze current HR challenges, including workforce diversity, globalization, and technological change.

  • Explore strategies for employee engagement, retention, and talent management.

  • Develop skills in conflict resolution, change management, and organizational development.

  • Examine legal, ethical, and regulatory considerations in HR decision-making.

  • Apply HR principles to real-world case studies, addressing contemporary challenges in human resources.


📌 Prerequisites / Recommended Prior Knowledge:

  • Completion of La gestion des ressources humaines en entreprise or equivalent foundational HR course

  • Basic understanding of supervision and HR management principles

  • HR Officer / Coordinator – support HR strategy implementation and employee relations

⏱ Duration & Schedule Options:

  • Part-time: 9 weeks, 1 session per week – $400

  • Full-time (accelerated): 5 weeks, 2 sessions per week – $800
