Organizational Behavior 


Organizational Behavior is a core course within the Human Resources Certification at Bouyela Education Corporation. This course provides students with the knowledge and skills to understand, analyze, and influence human behavior within organizations, enhancing both individual and organizational performance.

In this course, students will:

  • Explore individual behavior, motivation, and decision-making in the workplace.

  • Understand group dynamics, teamwork, and leadership styles.

  • Examine organizational culture, structure, and change management.

  • Develop skills in communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.

  • Apply organizational behavior principles to real-world business and HR scenarios.


📌 Prerequisites / Recommended Prior Knowledge:

  • Completion of De la supervision à la gestion des ressources humaines (recommended)

  • Basic understanding of workplace operations or management principles


📌 Possible Entry-Level Positions Within Bouyela Education Corporation After Completion:

  • HR Assistant / Coordinator – support employee engagement and organizational initiatives

  • Team Supervisor – apply behavioral insights to manage and motivate teams

  • Talent Development Assistant – assist with training, development, and team-building programs

  • Administrative HR Support – support HR operations with understanding of organizational behavior

  • In-person assessment and evaluation conducted at the campus


Duration & Schedule Options:

  • Part-time: 9 weeks, 1 session per week – $400

  • Full-time (accelerated): 5 weeks, 2 sessions per week – $800
