Psychology and Management
Psychology and Management is a core course within the Human Resources Certification at Bouyela Education Corporation. This course provides students with the knowledge and skills to apply psychological principles to effectively manage people and organizational processes, enhancing employee performance and workplace well-being.
In this course, students will:

Understand human behavior, motivation, and personality in the workplace.

📌 Prerequisites / Recommended Prior Knowledge:

Completion of De la supervision à la gestion des ressources humaines or equivalent foundational HR course

Basic understanding of workplace operations and management principles

⏱ Duration & Schedule Options:

Part-time: 9 weeks, 1 session per week – $400

Full-time (accelerated): 5 weeks, 2 sessions per week – $800
