Psychology and Management 

Psychology and Management is a core course within the Human Resources Certification at Bouyela Education Corporation. This course provides students with the knowledge and skills to apply psychological principles to effectively manage people and organizational processes, enhancing employee performance and workplace well-being.

In this course, students will:

• Understand human behavior, motivation, and personality in the workplace.

• Explore leadership styles, decision-making, and conflict resolution.

• Examine employee engagement, organizational culture, and change management.

• Develop skills in communication, coaching, and performance enhancement.

• Apply psychological principles to real-world management and HR scenarios.

📌 Prerequisites / Recommended Prior Knowledge:

• Completion of De la supervision à la gestion des ressources humaines or equivalent foundational HR course

• Basic understanding of workplace operations and management principles

📌 Possible Entry-Level Positions Within Bouyela Education Corporation After Completion:

• HR Coordinator / Assistant – support employee engagement and performance initiatives

• Team Supervisor – apply psychological insights to manage and motivate teams

• Talent Development Assistant – assist with training, coaching, and employee development programs

• Administrative HR Support – support HR operations using principles of organizational psychology

• In-person assessment and evaluation conducted at the campus

⏱ Duration & Schedule Options:

• Part-time: 9 weeks, 1 session per week – $400

• Full-time (accelerated): 5 weeks, 2 sessions per week – $800
