Recruitment and Selection is a core course within the Human Resources Certification at Bouyela Education Corporation. This course equips students with the skills and knowledge to effectively attract, assess, and select the best talent for organizational success.

In this course, students will:

• Understand the strategic role of recruitment and selection in human resources management.

• Learn to design job descriptions, post job openings, and attract candidates using various channels.

• Develop skills in candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment techniques.

• Explore legal and ethical considerations in recruitment and selection.

• Apply recruitment and selection principles to real-world HR scenarios, ensuring a fair and effective hiring process.

📌 Prerequisites / Recommended Prior Knowledge:

• Completion of De la supervision à la gestion des ressources humaines or La gestion des ressources humaines en entreprise (recommended)

• Basic understanding of HR principles and workplace operations

📌 Possible Entry-Level Positions Within Bouyela Education Corporation After Completion:

• Recruitment Assistant / HR Coordinator – support hiring, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes

• HR Assistant – assist with candidate screening and interview scheduling

• Talent Acquisition Support – help manage recruitment campaigns and applicant tracking

• Administrative HR Support – maintain recruitment records and documentation

• In-person at one of our campuses:

  • Kanata Campus: 1000 Innovation Dr, Suite 500, Kanata, ON K2K 3E7

• Remote learning option available

• In-person assessment and evaluation conducted at the campus

⏱ Duration & Schedule Options:

• Part-time: 9 weeks, 1 session per week – $400

• Full-time (accelerated): 5 weeks, 2 sessions per week – $800
