Performance Management
Performance Management is a core course within the Human Resources Certification at Bouyela Education Corporation. This course equips students with the knowledge and skills to effectively evaluate, monitor, and enhance employee performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
In this course, students will:

Understand the strategic importance of performance management in HR and organizational success.

Learn to set performance standards, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Develop skills in employee appraisal, feedback, coaching, and development planning.

Explore methods for managing underperformance, recognizing excellence, and motivating employees.

Apply performance management principles to real-world HR scenarios, enhancing productivity and engagement.
📌 Prerequisites / Recommended Prior Knowledge:

Completion of La gestion des ressources humaines en entreprise or Relever les défis de la gestion des ressources humaines (recommended)

Understanding of HR basics, supervision, and employee relations

HR Coordinator / Performance Analyst – support performance evaluation and improvement programs

⏱ Duration & Schedule Options:

Part-time: 9 weeks, 1 session per week – $400

Full-time (accelerated): 5 weeks, 2 sessions per week – $800
