Performance Management


Performance Management is a core course within the Human Resources Certification at Bouyela Education Corporation. This course equips students with the knowledge and skills to effectively evaluate, monitor, and enhance employee performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

In this course, students will:

  • Understand the strategic importance of performance management in HR and organizational success.

  • Learn to set performance standards, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Develop skills in employee appraisal, feedback, coaching, and development planning.

  • Explore methods for managing underperformance, recognizing excellence, and motivating employees.

  • Apply performance management principles to real-world HR scenarios, enhancing productivity and engagement.


📌 Prerequisites / Recommended Prior Knowledge:

  • Completion of La gestion des ressources humaines en entreprise or Relever les défis de la gestion des ressources humaines (recommended)

  • Understanding of HR basics, supervision, and employee relations


📌 Possible Entry-Level Positions Within Bouyela Education Corporation After Completion:

  • HR Coordinator / Performance Analyst – support performance evaluation and improvement programs

  • Talent Development Assistant – assist in employee training and development initiatives

  • HR Assistant – help manage performance records, appraisals, and feedback systems

  • Team Supervisor – monitor and improve team performance using HR principles

  • In-person at one of our campuses:

  • Remote learning option available

  • In-person assessment and evaluation conducted at the campus


⏱ Duration & Schedule Options:

  • Part-time: 9 weeks, 1 session per week – $400

  • Full-time (accelerated): 5 weeks, 2 sessions per week – $800

  • Entry-level HR staff, supervisors, or anyone preparing for a career in HR performance management

  • Applicants may be required to complete preparatory courses in math or English if additional support is needed
