Compensation Management


Compensation Management is a core course within the Human Resources Certification at Bouyela Education Corporation. This course equips students with the knowledge and skills to design, implement, and manage effective compensation systems that motivate employees and support organizational objectives.

In this course, students will:

  • Understand the strategic role of compensation in attracting, retaining, and motivating talent.

  • Learn to develop salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs.

  • Explore legal and regulatory considerations in compensation management.

  • Develop skills in job evaluation, performance-linked pay, and total rewards strategies.

  • Apply compensation principles to real-world HR and organizational scenarios.


📌 Prerequisites / Recommended Prior Knowledge:

  • Completion of La gestion des ressources humaines en entreprise or Relever les défis de la gestion des ressources humaines (recommended)

  • Understanding of HR fundamentals and basic employee management


📌 Possible Entry-Level Positions Within Bouyela Education Corporation After Completion:

  • HR Compensation Assistant / Coordinator – support salary administration and benefits programs

  • HR Analyst (Compensation) – assist with job evaluations, pay structures, and incentive programs

  • HR Assistant – help maintain compensation records and compliance documentation

  • Talent Management Support – assist in implementing total rewards strategies

  • In-person at one of our campuses:

  • Remote learning option available

  • In-person assessment and evaluation conducted at the campus


Duration & Schedule Options:

  • Part-time: 9 weeks, 1 session per week – $400

  • Full-time (accelerated): 5 weeks, 2 sessions per week – $800

  • Entry-level HR staff or anyone preparing for a career in compensation management

  • Applicants may be required to complete preparatory courses in math or English if additional support is needed
