Labor Relations
Labor Relations is a core course within the Human Resources Certification at Bouyela Education Corporation. This course provides students with the knowledge and skills to manage relationships between employers, employees, and unions, ensuring compliance, collaboration, and workplace harmony.
In this course, students will:

Understand the legal framework and regulatory environment governing labor relations.

Explore collective bargaining, union-management negotiations, and grievance handling.

Learn strategies for conflict resolution, dispute management, and maintaining positive employee relations.

Examine the role of HR in promoting fair labor practices and compliance.

Completion of La gestion des ressources humaines en entreprise or Relever les défis de la gestion des ressources humaines (recommended)

Basic understanding of HR principles and workplace operations

⏱ Duration & Schedule Options:

Part-time: 9 weeks, 1 session per week – $400

Full-time (accelerated): 5 weeks, 2 sessions per week – $800
