Business Law 


Business Law is a core course within the Law Certification at Bouyela Education Corporation. This course provides students with the knowledge and skills to understand, interpret, and apply legal principles in a business context, preparing them to navigate the legal aspects of organizational operations.


In this course, students will:

  • Explore fundamental business law concepts, including contracts, commercial transactions, and corporate structures.

  • Understand legal rights and responsibilities of businesses and individuals in commercial activities.

  • Learn to analyze contracts, negotiate agreements, and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Examine intellectual property, employment law, and dispute resolution in the business context.

  • Apply legal principles to real-world business scenarios, mitigating risks and ensuring ethical practices.


📌 Prerequisites / Recommended Prior Knowledge:

  • Basic understanding of business operations or management principles (helpful but not required)

  • Legal Assistant / Paralegal – support legal documentation, contracts, and compliance tasks
