Corporate Law – Corporations Act
Corporate Law – Corporations Act is an advanced course within the Law Certification at Bouyela Education Corporation. This course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the legal principles and rules governing corporations, including their creation, governance, financing, and dispute resolution, both judicial and non-judicial.
In this course, students will:

Analyze the Quebec Business Corporations Act alongside the Canada Business Corporations Act, understanding similarities, differences, and practical applications.

Examine corporate creation, legal personality, governance structures, financing mechanisms, and the resolution of internal and external disputes.

Explore the purpose of corporate regulation, emphasizing efficiency, flexibility, and security in corporate operations.
