Introduction to Business Law is an essential course within the Law Certification at Bouyela Education Corporation. Designed for students and legal professionals seeking a comprehensive overview, this course introduces the fundamental principles, structures, and practices of business law in Quebec and Canada.
In this course, students will:

Explore the sources, concepts, and methods of business law, including the Canadian legal system and the Quebec Civil Code.
