The Management Universe is a core course within the Management Certification at Bouyela Education Corporation. Designed for aspiring managers, this course provides a comprehensive overview of managerial roles, responsibilities, and challenges in contemporary organizations.

In this course, students will:

• Analyze the roles and responsibilities of managers at different organizational levels.

• Explore decision-making, problem-solving, and performance evaluation techniques.

• Understand team leadership, motivation, and conflict resolution in organizational settings.

• Examine organizational goals, strategies, and managerial accountability.

• Apply management principles to practical workplace scenarios, ensuring effective leadership and operational success.

📌 Prerequisites / Recommended Prior Knowledge:

• Foundations of Contemporary Management (recommended but not mandatory).

• Basic understanding of organizational operations is helpful.

📌 Possible Entry-Level Positions Within Bouyela Education Corporation After Completion:

• Team Leader / Supervisor – oversee daily operations and coordinate team activities.

• Administrative Officer – support managerial decision-making and office management.

• Operations Coordinator – assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring projects or departmental tasks.

• In-person assessment and evaluation conducted at the campus

⏱ Duration & Schedule Options:

• Part-time: 9 weeks, 1 session per week – $400

• Full-time (accelerated): 5 weeks, 2 sessions per week – $800

• Applicants may be required to complete preparatory courses in math or English if additional support is needed
